MUMBA: SBI Mutual Fund bought 5.22 million shares or 3.6 per cent stake in Kirloskar Oil Engines today at Rs 125 per share through two bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange.
In a separate deal, Nalanda India Fund sold 4.14 per cent stake or 6 million shares of Kirloskar Oil at Rs 125 per share. Prior to the bulk deal, Nalanda India Fund held 7.5 per cent stake in the company.
The shares of Kirloskar Oil Engines ended at Rs 131.65, up 5.8 per cent on the National Stock Exchange on Wednesday.
