MUMBAI: Plutus Wealth Management has bought 500,000 shares or 0.5 per cent stake in Saint-Gobain Sekurit India today at Rs 72.18 per share on the BSE, exchange data showed.
Prior to today’s stake buy, Plutus Wealth held 4.93 per cent stake in the company, according to the latest shareholding data.
In a separate transaction, Bank of Baroda sold 2.6 million shares or 1.55 per cent stake in Rolta India at Rs 4.78 on the National Stock Exchange.
Both the stock exchanges had not updated block deals data on their websites at the time of publishing.
