52-week high: Stock market update: 148 stocks hit 52-week highs on NSE

Benchmark NSE Nifty index was trading 192.50 points up at 15116.75 on Monday on account of buying in frontline bluechip counters.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week highs on NSE were: Adani Enterprises, Apollo Tyres, Bajaj Finance, Bajaj Electricals, Dixon Technologies (India), Emami, HDFC Bank, Minda Industries, Persistent Systems, Siemens, Power Grid Corp, UltraTech Cement and Sundaram Finance.

Overall, 45 shares were trading in green in Nifty50 index, while 5 were trading in red in the afternoon trade.

In the Nifty 50 index, M&M, GAIL, Hindalco Industries, Axis Bank and Bharti Airtel were among top gainers, while Britannia Industries, Divi’s Labs, Bajaj Auto, SBI Life and UPL were trading in red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 661.21 points up at 51392.84. Traders were seen piling up position in Industrial Consumables, Diversified, Trading, Logistics and General sectors, while selling were visible in Infrastructure, Fertilisers, Retail, Pesticides/Agro Chemicals and Media & Entertainment sectors.
