NEW DELHI: Gold futures on Tuesday fell 0.22 per cent to Rs 44,600 per 10 gram as participants offloaded their holdings on a low spot demand.
On the Multi Commodity Exchange, gold prices for June delivery slipped by Rs 98, or 0.22 per cent, to Rs 44,600 per 10 gram in a business turnover of 12,616 lots.
In the international market, gold was trading 0.94 per cent lower at USD 1,698.50 per ounce in New York.
