In the Nifty 50 index,

The BSE Sensex was trading 604.04 points up at 48482.49. Traders were seen piling up position in Rubber, Agro Processing, Tea / Coffee, Metals – Ferrous and Textiles sectors, while selling were visible in FMCG, Gems and Jewellery, Apparels, Glass and Hospitals & Allied Services sectors.
