concor share price: Concor shares up 1.31% as Sensex rises

Shares of Container Corporation of India Ltd. gained 1.31 per cent to Rs 556.9 in Monday’s session as of 10:31AM (IST) even as the equity benchmark Sensex traded 679.12 points higher at 48557.57.

Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a gap up start to the session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 643.9 and a 52-week low of Rs 329.75 on NSE. Around 17560 shares changed hands on the counter till 10:31AM (IST).

The stock opened at Rs 553.0 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 559.05 and Rs 551.95 during the session so far. The scrip quoted a price-to-earnings (PE) ratio of 42.89, earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 12.98 and price to book value (PB) of 2.01, while the return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 4.02.

Promoter/ FII Holding
The promoters held 109.6 per cent stake in the company as of April 26, while FII and MF ownerships stood at 48.0 per cent and 16.04 per cent, respectively.

With a market capitalisation of Rs 33928.56 crore, the company operates in the Warehousing/Supply Chain/Road Transport industry. For the quarter ended 31-Dec-2020, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 1842.11 crore, up 17.04 per cent from the previous quarter?s Rs 1573.97 crore and up 14.39 per cent from the same quarter a year ago. The company reported net profit of Rs 234.27 crore for the latest quarter, up 29.51 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.

Technical Indicators
The relative strength index (RSI) of the stock stands at 46.87. The RSI oscillates between zero and 100. Traditionally, it is considered overbought condition when the RSI value is above 70 and oversold condition when it is below 30.
