NSE-BSE bulk deals: Mukul Agrawal, Abu Dhabi Investment buy stake in Newgen Tech

MUMBAI: Prominent investors like Mukul Agrawal, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Kuber India Fund, Ashoka India Opportunities Fund and India Acorn Fund bought shares of through multiple bulk deals on the BSE on Tuesday.

Promoters Priyadarshini Nigam, Diwakar Nigam and Vardarajan sold a combined 7.4 million shares of the company at Rs 454 apiece through three separate bulk deals on the BSE.

Of the 7.4 million shares, Mukul Agrawal, Abu Dhabi Investment Authority, Kuber India Fund, MS Param Value Investments, Al Mehwar Commercial Investments, Ashoka India Opportunities Fund and India Acorn Fund bought 5.84 million shares through seven different bulk deals on the BSE.

Meanwhile, Templeton Strategic Emerging Funds sold 236,000 shares of Globus Spirits at Rs 430.2 apiece through a bulk deal on the National Stock Exchange.

In another transaction, Franklin Templeton Mutual Fund sold 1.61 million shares of

at Rs 61.8 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.
