Shriram Trans Fin Share Price: Share price of Shriram Trans Fin falls as Sensex gains 395.5 points

The share price of Shriram Transport Finance Company Ltd. dropped 0.96 per cent to Rs 1438.2 at 01:40PM (IST) in Tuesday’s trade. The stock has hit a high of Rs 1462.4 and low of Rs 1424.1 so far during the session. The stock had closed at Rs 1452.2 in the previous session.

The counter has had a total traded volume of 108676 shares so far with a value of Rs 15.55 crore on the NSE. It traded at a price-to-earnings multiple of 15.36 and a price-to-book ratio of 1.66.

A higher P/E ratio shows investors are willing to pay a higher price for per rupee earnings given by the stock because of better future growth expectations.

Profit for the latest quarter stood at Rs 756.7 crore, up 237.29 per cent from the same quarter a year ago.
