Wipro: The IT major posted a 35.6 per cent jump in June quarter consolidated net profit to Rs 3,242.6 crore, and exuded confidence in logging double-digit revenue growth in FY22 following stellar Q1 performance and robust demand environment.
NTPC: The power giant said its group companies in this fiscal have achieved the cumulative power generation mark of 100 billion units faster than the previous fiscal. Last year, the group generation had crossed the 100 BU mark on August 7, 2020.
L&T Infotech: The IT firm reported a 19.3 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 496.8 crore for the June 2021 quarter, and declared a special dividend of Rs 10 per share. The company had registered a net profit of Rs 416.4 crore in the same period a year ago.
Bandhan Bank: The private lender witnessed an 8 per cent rise in its loans and advances to Rs 80,128 crore in the June quarter this fiscal, as per provisional data. The loans and advances during the same period of 2020 stood at Rs 74,331 crore.
Cyient: The IT company reported a 41.3 per cent rise in consolidated net profit to Rs 115 crore for the April-June quarter of this year. The Hyderabad-based company had posted a net profit of Rs 81.4 crore in the year-ago period.
Angel Broking: The brokerage company reported higher consolidated profit at Rs 121.36 crore in Q1FY22 against Rs 101.9 crore in Q4FY21. The revenue rose to Rs 462.66 crore from Rs 408.6 crore, in the preceding quarter.
