Spot gold was up 0.2% at $1,814.38 per ounce by 0057 GMT. US gold futures edged up 0.1% at $1,816.40.

Silver rose 0.2% to $25.72 per ounce, palladium climbed 0.6% to $2,645.98, and
was steady at $1,103.15.
