Prior to the transaction, Lake District held 29.47 per cent stake in the non-bank lender as of June 30.
In a separate transaction, the Government of Singapore and the Monetary Authority of Singapore bought a stake in Aavas Financiers. The Government of Singapore bought 2.62 million shares of Aavas Financiers, while the Monetary Authority of Singapore lapped up 566,134 shares at Rs. 2,449.9 apiece.
Shares of Aavas Financiers ended 6.3 per cent lower at Rs. 2,488.60 on the National Stock Exchange.
Meanwhile, Kuber India Fund bought 2 million shares of Suryoday Small Finance Bank at Rs. 166.7 apiece through a bulk deal on the NSE.
