Prestige Estates Projects (down 1.42 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate (down 0.87 per cent), Oberoi Realty (down 0.62 per cent), Godrej Properties (down 0.49 per cent) and SOBHA (down 0.44 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was 0.0 per cent at 390.25 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 78.9 points at 16693.5, while the BSE Sensex was up 289.09 points at 56081.36.
