ICICI Lombard Share Price: ICICI Lombard shares down 0.92% as Sensex rises

Shares of General Insurance Company Ltd. fell 0.92 per cent to Rs 1450.9 in Thursday’s session as of 12:59PM (IST) even as the equity benchmark Sensex traded 7.0 points higher at 55951.21.

Earlier in the day, the stock witnessed a gap up start to the session. The stock quoted a 52-week high price of Rs 1625.0 and a 52-week low of Rs 1201.0 on NSE. Around 2852 shares changed hands on the counter till 12:59PM (IST).

The stock opened at Rs 1473.0 and has touched an intraday high and low of Rs 1473.0 and Rs 1450.4 during the session so far. The scrip quoted a price-to-earnings (PE) ratio of 53.83, earnings per share (EPS) of Rs 26.98 and price to book value (PB) of 8.04, while the return on equity (ROE) stood at Rs 18.15.


Promoter/ FII Holding
The promoters held 51.87 per cent stake in the company as of August 26, while FII and MF ownerships stood at 30.57 per cent and 9.63 per cent, respectively.

For the quarter ended 30-Jun-2021, the company reported consolidated sales of Rs 200.16 crore, down 78.26 per cent from the previous quarter?s Rs 920.72 crore and down 64.16 per cent from the same quarter a year ago. The company reported net profit of Rs 151.63 crore for the latest quarter, down 61.91 per cent from the corresponding quarter last year.
