NEW DELHI: Surat-based Ami Organics is all set to hit the primary market with its Rs 570 crore IPO next week. The IPO will be a mix of a fresh issue and an offer for sale (OFS). The net proceeds from the fresh issue will be used by the company to repay certain debts and working capital, and for general corporate purposes.
