NEW DELHI: Exide Inds. (Rs. 748.26 crore), RIL (Rs. 544.90 crore), HDFC Life (Rs. 438.40 crore), Kotak Bank (Rs. 418.51 crore), L&T Tech (Rs. 374.51 crore), Vodafone Idea (Rs. 344.35 crore), Infosys (Rs. 239.16 crore), IndusInd Bank (Rs. 236.15 crore), Tata Steel (Rs. 229.44 crore) and Eicher Motors (Rs. 225.97 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:09AM in Friday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 68.1 points up at 17302.25, while BSE Sensex was up 230.49 points at 58083.03 as of 10:09AM (IST) on September 03.
In the Nifty index, Eicher Motors Ltd. (up 4.09 per cent), Hero MotoCorp Ltd. (up 2.51 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd. (up 1.98 per cent), Titan Company Ltd. (up 1.88 per cent) and Bajaj Auto Ltd. (up 1.71 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. (down 2.92 per cent), Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (down 0.77 per cent), Hindalco Industries Ltd. (down 0.43 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd. (down 0.34 per cent) and Tata Consumer Products Ltd. (down 0.27 per cent) were among the top losers.
