NEW DELHI: RIL (Rs. 1992.36 crore), IRCTC (Rs. 372.66 crore), Indian Energy Exchg (Rs. 350.31 crore), Bajaj Finance (Rs. 307.87 crore), Tata Steel (Rs. 280.93 crore), Zomato Ltd. (Rs. 230.14 crore), Bharti Airtel (Rs. 210.69 crore), Delta Corp (Rs. 187.45 crore), Grasim Inds. (Rs. 183.13 crore) and Maruti Suzuki (Rs. 174.26 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:24AM in Monday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 51.9 points up at 17375.5, while BSE Sensex was up 258.49 points at 58388.44 as of 10:24AM (IST) on September 06.
In the Nifty index, Reliance Industries Ltd. (up 3.15 per cent), Grasim Industries Ltd. (up 2.80 per cent), Bajaj Auto Ltd. (up 1.47 per cent), Shree Cements Ltd. (up 1.46 per cent) and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (up 1.28 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Tata Steel Ltd. (down 0.87 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd. (down 0.80 per cent), HDFC Bank Ltd. (down 0.73 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd. (down 0.72 per cent) and Coal India Ltd. (down 0.72 per cent) were among the top losers.
