NEW DELHI: IRCTC (Rs. 896.58 crore), RIL (Rs. 659.91 crore), Tata Steel (Rs. 323.94 crore), Can Fin Homes (Rs. 272.72 crore), ITC (Rs. 255.98 crore), Polycab India (Rs. 207.28 crore), Bharti Airtel (Rs. 202.06 crore), IndiaMART (Rs. 186.26 crore), Wipro (Rs. 174.78 crore) and Stove Kraft Ltd. (Rs. 165.50 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:09AM in Tuesday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 65.85 points down at 17311.95, while BSE Sensex was down 174.59 points at 58122.32 as of 10:09AM (IST) on September 07.
In the Nifty index, ITC Ltd. (up 1.67 per cent), Tata Consumer Products Ltd. (up 1.21 per cent), Asian Paints Ltd. (up 1.04 per cent), Britannia Industries Ltd. (up 0.79 per cent) and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (up 0.63 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Tata Motors Ltd. (down 2.00 per cent), Axis Bank Ltd. (down 1.99 per cent), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. (down 1.36 per cent), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (down 1.16 per cent) and ICICI Bank Ltd. (down 1.14 per cent) were among the top losers.
