Shares of Indiabulls Real Estate (up 3.48 per cent), SOBHA (up 1.91 per cent), Sunteck Realty (up 1.13 per cent), Godrej Properties (up 0.37 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises (up 0.31 per cent) ended the day as top gainers in the pack.
On the other hand, Oberoi Realty (down 2.22 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects (down 1.87 per cent) and DLF (down 0.4 per cent) finished as the top losers of the day.
The Nifty Realty index closed 0.07 per cent down at 420.7.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index ended down 8.6 points at 17353.5, while the BSE Sensex stood down 29.22 points at 58250.26.
Among the 50 stocks in the Nifty index, 27 ended in the green, while 23 closed in the red.
Shares of Vodafone Idea, YES Bank, IDFC First Bank, PNB and Trident Ltd were among the most traded shares on the NSE.
Shares of Rex Pipes and Cables Industries Ltd., Alphageo , Goldiam Intnl, Kamdhenu and Arman Financial hit their fresh 52-week highs in today’s trade, while Nandani Creation, Jalan Transolutions, Inventure Grwth and Ujjivan Financial hit their fresh 52-week lows.
