NEW DELHI: RIL (Rs. 794.99 crore), Bharti Airtel (Rs. 604.85 crore), IRCTC (Rs. 524.22 crore), HDFC (Rs. 385.27 crore), HDFC Bank (Rs. 340.92 crore), TCS (Rs. 284.58 crore), Hindalco (Rs. 243.78 crore), Tata Steel (Rs. 239.03 crore), Laxmi Organic Industries Ltd. (Rs. 234.36 crore) and Infosys (Rs. 231.24 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:30AM in Monday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 68.1 points down at 17301.15, while BSE Sensex was down 260.88 points at 58044.19 as of 10:30AM (IST) on September 13.
In the Nifty index, Coal India Ltd. (up 2.35 per cent), Hindalco Industries Ltd. (up 2.03 per cent), Bharti Airtel Ltd. (up 1.40 per cent), Tata Consultancy Services Ltd. (up 1.23 per cent) and Wipro Ltd. (up 1.01 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Reliance Industries Ltd. (down 1.97 per cent), HDFC Life Insurance Company Ltd. (down 1.86 per cent), ICICI Bank Ltd. (down 1.84 per cent), SBI Life Insurance Company Ltd. (down 1.29 per cent) and Eicher Motors Ltd. (down 1.21 per cent) were among the top losers.
