NEW DELHI: Zee Ent. (Rs. 5209.02 crore), IRCTC (Rs. 4312.42 crore), Zomato Ltd. (Rs. 1632.69 crore), Vijaya Diagnostic Centre Ltd. (Rs. 1303.66 crore), Adani Ent. (Rs. 1082.16 crore), Ami Organics Ltd. (Rs. 1026.06 crore), RIL (Rs. 977.45 crore), YES Bank (Rs. 950.23 crore), Info Edge (Rs. 866.81 crore) and Infosys (Rs. 834.93 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Tuesday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 24.7 points up at 17380.0, while BSE Sensex rose 69.33 points to 58247.09.
In the Nifty index, IndusInd Bank Ltd. (up 4.04 per cent), HCL Technologies Ltd. (up 2.50 per cent), Hero MotoCorp Ltd. (up 2.22 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd. (up 1.63 per cent) and Tech Mahindra Ltd. (up 1.58 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, UltraTech Cement Ltd. (down 1.11 per cent), Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (down 1.11 per cent), Nestle India Ltd. (down 1.08 per cent), Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (down 1.00 per cent) and Hindustan Unilever Ltd. (down 0.85 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
