NEW DELHI: Shares of Ganesh Benzo, BEW Engineering Ltd., TPL Plastech, Ami Organics Ltd. and Fineotex Chem, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:14AM (IST) on NSE.
Benchmark NSE Nifty index fell 33.85 points to 17553.3 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.
However, stocks such as Inventure Grwth, touched their fresh 52-week low.
Overall, 24 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 25 traded in the red.
In the Nifty 50 index, IndusInd Bank, ITC, Hero MotoCorp, Bajaj Auto and ONGC were among top gainers, while BPCL, Coal India Ltd, Hindalco, JSW Steel and Tech Mahindra traded in the red.
The BSE Sensex was trading 20.62 points down at 58702.58 at 10:14AM (IST).
Traders were seen piling up positions in Tobacco, Diversified, Glass, Telecommunications and Defence sectors, while selling was visible in IT – Hardware, Petrochemicals, Metals – Ferrous, Learning & Education and Power sectors.
