Sensex rises! But these stocks are down 5% or more on BSE

NEW DELHI: Several stocks plunged in excess of 5 per cent in Mumbai trading on Thursday even as equity benchmark BSE Sensex traded 552.86 points up at 59480.19 amid brisk buying in frontline bluechip counters.

On the BSE, Radhey Trade Holding (down 10.00 per cent), Centenial Surg (down 9.55 per cent), Parenteral Drug (down 9.54 per cent), Shree Karthik (down 9.52 per cent) and Billwin Industries L (down 8.20 per cent) were among the stocks that plunged over 5 per cent during the session.

In the Nifty pack, 44 stocks traded in the green, while 5 stocks traded in the red.

The Nifty index was trading 163.85 points up at 17710.5.

On the BSE, Superior Finlease, Milgrey Finance, Shalimar Prod and SVP Housing hit their fresh 52-week lows, while Amrapali Fincap Ltd., Kreon Financial, Cantabil Retail, Cospower Engg and Shriram Asset touched their fresh 52-week highs.
