Stock market update: Stocks that hit 52-week highs on NSE

NEW DELHI: Shares of MPS Infotecnics, Mold-Tek Pack, Inox Leisure, JIK Industries and Gujarat Alkalie, hit their fresh 52-week highs at 10:35AM (IST) on NSE.

Benchmark NSE Nifty index rose 20.95 points to 17874.15 amid buying in frontline bluechip stocks.

However, stocks such as DU Digital Technologies Ltd., Jiya Eco Products Lt, Shanti Overseas (Ind, Intnl Conveyors and CarTrade Tech Ltd., touched their fresh 52-week low.

Overall, 23 shares traded in the green in Nifty50 index, while 27 traded in the red.

In the Nifty 50 index, Tata Motors, Maruti Suzuki, M&M, HDFC Bank and ONGC were among top gainers, while Wipro, HCL Tech, Divis Labs, Tech Mahindra and Infosys traded in the red.

The BSE Sensex was trading 101.82 points up at 60150.29 at 10:35AM (IST).

Traders were seen piling up positions in Diversified, Auto, Trading, Fertilisers and Holding Company sectors, while selling was visible in IT – Hardware, Textiles, Petrochemicals, Power and Airlines sectors.
