NEW DELHI: IRCTC(Rs. 1177.22 crore), RIL(Rs. 577.72 crore), HCL Tech(Rs. 431.25 crore), Tata Steel(Rs. 348.62 crore), Maruti Suzuki(Rs. 305.94 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 304.39 crore), Zee Ent.(Rs. 289.41 crore), Godrej Consumer(Rs. 278.75 crore), SBI(Rs. 267.42 crore) and MindTree(Rs. 265.95 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:29AM in Tuesday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 15.35 points down at 17839.75, while BSE Sensex was down 110.03 points at 59967.85 as of 10:29AM(IST)on September 28.
In the Nifty index, Coal India Ltd.(up 4.46 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 4.29 per cent), NTPC Ltd.(up 3.47 per cent), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.(up 2.23 per cent) and Titan Company Ltd.(up 1.85 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, HCL Technologies Ltd.(down 2.01 per cent), Wipro Ltd.(down 1.60 per cent), Infosys Ltd.(down 1.56 per cent), Bajaj Finance Ltd.(down 1.20 per cent) and Asian Paints Ltd.(down 1.19 per cent) were among the top losers.
