A user told ETMarkets.com that he has not been able to log in to the app since morning despite repeated attempts. Resetting the password is also not solving the problem. Those who are able to log in complained they are not being able to see their portfolios.
The company claimed the issue has been resolved.
“One of our channels (mobile app) was facing intermittent issues in the morning for incremental logins for a short period of time. All other channels were available and working seamlessly for our customers to place their orders. Currently all our channels including mobile application are up and running for customers to place their orders,” a spokesperson for the company said in a statement.
Clients also voiced their complaints on Twitter.
“The mobile app is still not working. Maybe it’s due to load, but connectivity and cache isn’t a problem, since I even tried re-installing the entire app (complete cleanup),” a user said, after an executive advised him to “clear cache and try to re-login”.
