Raghuvansh Agrofarm(up 20.0%), JP Power(up 20.0%), Neil Industries(up 19.93%), Olympia Ind(up 19.92%), Menon Pistons(up 19.92%), Syncom Form(up 19.91%), Taylormade Renewable(up 19.83%), Thomas Cook(up 17.43%), Kamat Hotels(up 16.32%) and Shivam Autotech(up 16.12%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.
The 30-share index, BSE was trading 392.17 points up at 60070.0, while the 50-share index, NSE was 109.2 points up at 17899.55.
In the Nifty50 index, 33 stocks traded in the green, while 17 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Syncom Form, Taylormade Renewable, Thomas Cook, Kamat Hotels and Shivam Autotech hit their fresh 52-week high, while SBL Infratech Ltd., Indian Bright, Purple Entertainment, Shukra Jewellery and Alfa Transform touched their new 52-week low during the session.
