Laurus(down 0.86 per cent), Natco Pharma(down 0.83 per cent), Cadila Healthcare(down 0.49 per cent) and Ipca Laboratories(down 0.04 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Pharma index was up 0.55 per cent at 14594.95 at the time of writing this report.
