Brahmaputra Inf(up 20.0%), NRB Industrial(up 20.0%), Sharika Enterprises(up 19.98%), Tyroon Tea Co(up 19.98%), Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd.(up 19.98%), Times Guaranty(up 19.95%), Gautam Exim(up 19.66%), Sagar Prod(up 19.63%), Parnax Lab(up 18.15%) and Virat Ind(up 18.04%) were among the stocks that surged over 15%.
The 30-share index, BSE was trading 49.58 points down at 60086.2, while the 50-share index, NSE was 16.55 points down at 17929.4.
In the Nifty50 index, 20 stocks traded in the green, while 30 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Brahmaputra Inf, Tyroon Tea Co, Knowledge Marine & Engineering Works Ltd., Times Guaranty and Virat Ind hit their fresh 52-week high, while SBL Infratech Ltd., Agrimony Comdts., Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd., ANS Industries and Nova Pub touched their new 52-week low during the session.
