Investment Rationale
The brokerage believes, the EVCo value unlock is largely in-line with early stage valuation of global pure-play electric companies (e.g. Nio/XPeng). The consumer centric approach coupled with structured aggression in EVs with collaboration among partners (internal/external) is a unique proposition, remains hard to replicate for peers. The brokerage believes, this pivot is likely to cause de-rating for ICE only Indian OEMs with no clear EV strategy/intent as the transition risk is now much more heightened.

Promoter/FII Holdings
Promoters held 46.41 per cent stake in the company as of 30-Jun-2021, while FIIs owned 14.28 per cent, DIIs 11.48 per cent.
