Mukul Agrawal portfolio stocks: Mukul Agrawal buys fresh stake in 15 new stocks, exits 6 others

New Delhi: Seasoned investor Mukul Mahavir Prasad Agrawal has been on a shopping spree during September quarter as he bought a fresh stake in at least 15 companies, as per the latest shareholding data.

On the contrary, the ace investor exited six other companies as his shareholding slipped below one per cent, according to data from Trendlyne. Agrawal trimmed his stake in two other companies, whereas increased stake in three others.

Among the new buys, Agrawal bought 14,00,083 equity shares or 1.05 per cent stake in Radico Khaitan during July-September period. His stake in the brewery player is worth Rs 156 crore.

He also made a fresh entry into PDS Multinational Fashions by buying 7,16,000 equity shares or 2.75 per cent stake in company. His stake is worth Rs 97 crore.

Agrawal made a fresh investment in Allcargo Logistics as he bought 33,00,000 equity shares. His 1.34 per cent stake in the logistics company is worth Rs 88 crore.

He also bought a significant stake in the latest debutant of Dalal Street, Paras Defence and Space Technologies. He held 9,04,286 or 2.32 per cent stake worth Rs 81.4 crore in the company as of September 30, 2021.

Among other fresh buys, Agrawal made a fresh entry in Vidhi Specialty Food Ingredients, Thomas Cook India, Sahyadri Industries, JTEKT India, LT Foods, Indo Count Industries, Indian Metals & Ferro Alloys, Vardhman Speciality Steels, Apollo Pipes, Goldiam International and MPS.

Continuing this buying, Agrawal purchased 23,172 equity shares of Taal Enterprises, a niche engineering and airlines technology solutions provider, increasing his stake to 8.81 per cent in the September quarter. He held 2,51,251 equity shares or 8.06 per cent as of June 30, 2021.

He also significantly upped his stake in EKI Energy Services and Newgen Software Technologies, whereas he trimmed his stake marginally in Intellect Design Arena and Dynamatic Technologies.

Agrawal stayed put in eight companies, including Dhabriya Polywood, Arman Financial Services, Neuland Laboratories, Marksans Pharma, Kingfa Science & Technology, GM Breweries, Somany Home Innovation and Kamdhenu.

As per the latest corporate shareholdings filed, he publicly holds 34 stocks with a net worth of over Rs 1,698.6 crore.

Agrawal exited half a dozen companies, including Sequent Scientific, J Kumar Infraprojects, BEML, MSCT, Religare Enterprises and Greaves Cotton, as his name was missing from the key shareholders’ list as per the regulatory filing.

However, it could not be confirmed if he has completely exited these stocks as companies are not obliged to release the name of shareholders holding less than one per cent.
