NEW DELHI: IRCTC(Rs. 1490.15 crore), Tata Power(Rs. 1215.62 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 686.80 crore), Axis Bank(Rs. 686.42 crore), SBI(Rs. 490.03 crore), RIL(Rs. 429.20 crore), ICICI Bank(Rs. 421.43 crore), TCS(Rs. 419.16 crore), Indian Energy Exchg(Rs. 387.03 crore) and Tata Steel(Rs. 378.93 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:25AM in Friday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index traded 1.6 points up at 17858.85, while BSE Sensex was down 19.49 points at 59965.21 as of 10:25AM(IST)on October 29.
In the Nifty index, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone Ltd.(up 1.94 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(up 1.90 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd.(up 1.53 per cent), State Bank of India(up 1.47 per cent) and Tata Motors Ltd.(up 1.41 per cent) were among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd.(down 1.54 per cent), Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd.(down 1.36 per cent), Eicher Motors Ltd.(down 1.33 per cent), NTPC Ltd.(down 0.91 per cent) and Reliance Industries Ltd.(down 0.91 per cent) were among the top losers.
