The retail individual investors category was subscribed 6.32 times. The non-institutional investors category was subscribed 4.17 times. The qualified institutional buyers’ category was subscribed 4.72 times.
The Rs 5,352-crore public offer was fully subscribed on its first day. The price band of the IPO is fixed at Rs 1,085-1,125 per share. An investor can bid for a minimum of 12 equity shares and in multiples thereof.
The IPO comprises a fresh issue of up to Rs 630 crore and an offer for sale of up to 4,19,72,660 shares.
At an adjusted earnings per share of Rs 2.54 on a post-issue basis, the stock could trade at a price to earnings ratio of 443.46 with a market cap of Rs 53,204 crore after listing.
