NEW DELHI: IndusInd Bank(Rs. 3117.36 crore), RIL(Rs. 2330.69 crore), SBI(Rs. 1929.46 crore), HDFC(Rs. 1621.00 crore), Tata Motors(Rs. 1585.01 crore), HDFC Bank(Rs. 1502.24 crore), Divis Labs(Rs. 1290.69 crore), Tata Power(Rs. 1256.11 crore), Muthoot Finance(Rs. 1180.38 crore) and Canara Bank (Rs. 1152.98 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Monday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 151.75 points up at 18068.55, while BSE Sensex rose 477.99 points to 60545.61.
In the Nifty index, Titan Company Ltd.(up 4.32 per cent), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd.(up 4.31 per cent), UltraTech Cement Ltd.(up 4.23 per cent), Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(up 4.12 per cent) and Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 3.34 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, IndusInd Bank Ltd.(down 10.76 per cent), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd.(down 5.98 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(down 1.53 per cent), State Bank of India(down 1.36 per cent) and Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(down 0.81 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
