Phoenix Mills(up 1.45 per cent), Oberoi Realty(up 1.27 per cent), DLF(up 1.24 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises(up 0.36 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Prestige Estates Projects(down 3.03 per cent), Indiabulls Real Estate(down 1.96 per cent), Godrej Properties(down 1.54 per cent) and Macrotech Developers(down 0.06 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was down 0.03 per cent at 535.65 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was up 63.95 points at 17937.55, while the BSE Sensex was up 167.91 points at 60087.6.
