NEW DELHI: Zomato Ltd.(numbers of share traded: 12.12 crore), Vodafone Idea(numbers of share traded: 11.13 crore), JP Power(numbers of share traded: 7.04 crore), YES Bank(numbers of share traded: 4.81 crore), ONGC(numbers of share traded: 4.58 crore), ITC(numbers of share traded: 3.88 crore), NALCO(numbers of share traded: 3.68 crore), PB Fintech Ltd.(numbers of share traded: 3.64 crore), Tata Power(numbers of share traded: 3.26 crore) and PNB(numbers of share traded: 2.93 crore) emerged top gainers in Monday’s market in terms of trading volume.
The NSE Nifty index closed 6.7 points up at 18109.45, while BSE Sensex ended up 32.02 points at 60718.71.
On the other hand, Coal India Ltd.(down 4.31 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(down 3.25 per cent), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 2.70 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd.(down 1.47 per cent) and Eicher Motors Ltd.(down 1.42 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
