NEW DELHI: Vodafone Idea(number of shares traded: 4.19 crore), JP Power(number of shares traded: 3.72 crore), ONGC(number of shares traded: 2.29 crore), Zomato Ltd.(number of shares traded: 2.19 crore), NALCO(number of shares traded: 1.85 crore), FCS Software(number of shares traded: 1.85 crore), ITC(number of shares traded: 1.78 crore), PB Fintech Ltd.(number of shares traded: 1.77 crore), Tata Tele(number of shares traded: 1.43 crore) and YES Bank(number of shares traded: 1.28 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:19AM in Monday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index was trading 32.0 points up at 18134.75, while BSE Sensex was up 110.49 points at 60797.18 at the time of writing this report.
In the Nifty index, Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 2.45 per cent), Power Grid Corporation of India Ltd.(up 2.01 per cent), UPL Ltd.(up 1.98 per cent), Oil And Natural Gas Corporation Ltd.(up 1.88 per cent) and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd.(up 1.59 per cent) were among the top gainers.
While Coal India Ltd.(down 2.76 per cent), Tata Steel Ltd.(down 1.66 per cent), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 1.41 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd.(down 1.39 per cent) and Bajaj Finserv Ltd.(down 0.90 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
