Sikko Industries(down 4.94%), Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals(down 4.12%), Aries Agro(down 3.41%), Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers(down 3.18%), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers(down 3.08%), G S F C(down 2.94%), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers(down 2.76%), Nagarjuna Fertilizers & Chem(down 2.70%), Agro Phos(down 1.91%) and National Fertilizer(down 1.89%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 42.9 points up at 18145.65, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 162.29 points at 60848.98 at around 11:05AM.
Power Grid Corporation of India(up 2.47%), UPL Ltd(up 2.41%), Hero MotoCorp(up 1.95%), Asian Paints(up 1.79%), Cipla(up 1.77%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(up 1.49%), ITC(up 1.07%), Sun Pharmaceutical Industries(up 1.05%), TATA CONSUMER PRODUCTS(up 0.96%) and Infosys(up 0.94%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Coal India(down 3.47%), Tata Steel(down 1.69%), JSW Steel(down 1.39%), Hindalco Industries(down 1.29%), Bajaj Finserv(down 1.16%), HDFC LIFE INSURANCE(down 0.92%), Bajaj Auto(down 0.9%), SBI Life(down 0.82%), Bajaj Finance(down 0.82%) and Mahindra & Mahindra(down 0.67%) were trading in the red.
