NEW DELHI: Tata Motors(Rs. 2904.06 crore), Maruti Suzuki(Rs. 2080.87 crore), PB Fintech Ltd.(Rs. 1952.46 crore), Zomato Ltd.(Rs. 1765.01 crore), Tata Steel(Rs. 1528.57 crore), RIL(Rs. 1326.91 crore), HDFC(Rs. 1261.79 crore), Tata Power(Rs. 1172.05 crore), Infosys(Rs. 1084.61 crore) and Zee Ent.(Rs. 1071.52 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange in Tuesday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index ended the session 110.25 points down at 17999.2, while BSE Sensex fell 396.34 points to 60322.37.
In the Nifty index, Maruti Suzuki India Ltd.(up 7.29 per cent), Mahindra & Mahindra Ltd.(up 3.44 per cent), Tata Motors Ltd.(up 2.69 per cent), Hero MotoCorp Ltd.(up 2.14 per cent) and Tech Mahindra Ltd.(up 1.31 per cent) stood among the top gainers.
On the other hand, Shree Cements Ltd.(down 3.23 per cent), Reliance Industries Ltd.(down 2.32 per cent), Hindalco Industries Ltd.(down 2.26 per cent), State Bank of India(down 2.26 per cent) and Tata Consumer Products Ltd.(down 2.25 per cent) were among the top losers of the day.
