Macrotech Developers(up 4.16 per cent), Oberoi Realty(up 1.74 per cent), Prestige Estates Projects(up 1.21 per cent), DLF(up 0.79 per cent) and Brigade Enterprises(up 0.64 per cent) were among the top gainers.
Phoenix Mills(down 1.96 per cent), Godrej Properties(down 1.22 per cent) and Indiabulls Real Estate(down 0.05 per cent) were the top losers on the index.
The Nifty Realty index was up 0.29 per cent at 547.45 at the time of writing this report.
Benchmark NSE Nifty50 index was down 48.4 points at 18061.05, while the BSE Sensex was down 198.61 points at 60520.1.
