NEW DELHI: A number of stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, ended in the red on Monday.
These high-performing stocks that rallied more than 10% during the session included, Dhunseri Invst(14.17%), SBC Exports(13.95%), Sudal Inds(10.0%) and Octavius Plantations(10.0%).
The 30-share Sensex ended 1170.12 points down at 58465.89, while the 50-share Nifty index closed 348.25 points down at 17416.55.
In the Nifty 50 index, 8 stocks ended in the green, while 42 stocks closed in the red.
Meanwhile, stocks such as Promax Power Ltd., Dhunseri Invst, SBC Exports, Vishal Bearings Ltd. and White Organic Agro hit their fresh 52-week high, while Super Fine Knitters, One97 Communications Ltd., Fino Payments Bank Ltd., SBL Infratech Ltd. and GCM Comm touched their new 52-week low in today’s trade.
