NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Friday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Stocks that rallied over 10% included, Trejhara Solutions L(13.69%), Greenlam Ind(13.4%), Sarthak Metals(12.47%), Dhanashree Electro(12.13%) and R Systems Intnl(10.69%).
The 30-share Sensex traded 1378.54 points down at 57416.55, while the 50-share Nifty index fell 415.1 points to 17121.15.
In the Nifty 50 index, 3 stocks traded in the green, while 47 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Urja Global(PP), Tarsons Products Ltd., Palred Technologies, Vegetable Products and Trejhara Solutions L hit their fresh 52-week high, while Macro Exports, GCM Comm, SBL Infratech Ltd., Hero MotoCorp and Sun Retail touched their new 52-week low in trade.
