HDFC: Housing Development Finance Corporation (HDFC) Ltd on Thursday said it will raise up to Rs 10,000 crore by issuing bonds on private placement basis to augment its long-term capital.
Bharti Airtel: Fitch Ratings has affirmed Bharti Airtel’s long-term foreign currency Issuer Default Rating (IDR) and senior unsecured rating at ‘BBB-‘. The outlook on the IDR is negative, Fitch Ratings said in a statement.

Piramal Capital, the wholly owned subsidiary of Piramal Enterprises, has forged a strategic partnership with API Holdings through its digital platform Retailio, a release said on Thursday.
Indiabulls Housing: Societe Generale and BNP Paribas Arbitrage on Thursday offloaded 51 lakh shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance for about Rs 113 crore through open market transactions. According to bulk deal data available with the NSE, Societe Generale sold 27.40 lakh shares of Indiabulls Housing Finance while BNP Paribas Arbitrage divested 23.59 lakh shares of the company.
