Sikko Industries(down 4.98%), Bohra Industries(down 4.23%), Khaitan Chemicals & Fertilizers(down 3.94%), Aries Agro(down 3.55%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(down 3.47%), Mangalore Chemicals & Fertilizers(down 3.09%), Rashtriya Chemicals & Fertilizers(down 2.88%), National Fertilizer(down 2.78%), Chambal Fertilisers & Chemicals(down 2.48%) and Madras Fertlizers(down 2.39%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 4.4 points up at 17030.85, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 69.24 points at 57176.39 at around 11:00AM.
Hindalco Industries(up 2.95%), Reliance Industries(up 2.59%), HCL Technologies(up 2.22%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 1.73%), Cipla(up 1.51%), Tata Consultancy(up 1.03%), Tata Steel(up 1.0%), Tata Motors(up 0.99%), Kotak Mahindra Bank(up 0.87%) and SBI Life(up 0.77%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(down 3.33%), Hero MotoCorp(down 2.75%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(down 2.38%), Bharat Petroleum Corporation(down 2.35%), UPL Ltd(down 1.96%), Shree Cement(down 1.68%), Nestle India(down 1.64%), Hindustan Unilever(down 1.58%), Bajaj Auto(down 1.45%) and HDFC(down 1.36%) were trading in the red.
