The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 7.2 points down at 17019.25, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was up 8.34 points at 57115.49 at around 10:29AM.
Hindalco Industries(up 2.94%), HCL Technologies(up 2.4%), Reliance Industries(up 2.08%), Dr Reddys Laboratories(up 1.86%), Tata Motors(up 1.59%), Tata Steel(up 1.44%), Tata Consultancy(up 1.08%), IndusInd Bank(up 0.72%), Grasim Industries(up 0.66%) and SBI Life(up 0.63%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(down 2.62%), Hero MotoCorp(down 2.34%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(down 2.04%), Nestle India(down 1.94%), HDFC(down 1.56%), Asian Paints(down 1.46%), Shree Cement(down 1.44%), Bajaj Auto(down 1.33%), Hindustan Unilever(down 1.24%) and Bharat Petroleum Corporation(down 1.23%) were trading in the red.
