NSE-BSE Bulk deals: Adani Green promoter sells stake, Amansa Capital trims IIFL Wealth holding

MUMBAI: The deal activity on the National Stock Exchange and the BSE was hectic today with some prominent investors making their presence felt.

Akash Prakash’s Amansa Capital nearly exited its holding in Nirmal Jain’s IIFL Wealth Management as it sold 997,094 shares or 1.14 per cent stake at Rs 1,050 per share through a bulk deal on the BSE. Amansa Capital held 1.25 per cent stake in the wealth management arm of IIFL Holdings at the end of September quarter.

In a separate deal, EMSAF Mauritius bought 450,000 shares of IIFL Wealth at Rs 1,050 apiece. Shares of IIFL Wealth Management ended 2.2 per cent higher at Rs 1,080.25 on the BSE.

Adani Green Energy’s promoter entity Adani Trading Services LLP sold 20.1 million shares or 1.28 per cent stake in the renewable energy company in two separate block deals on the BSE at an average price of Rs. 911.1 apiece. Adani Trading Services sold the 1.28 per cent stake to Acme Trade and Investment, data showed.

Shares of Adani Green ended 0.4 per cent lower at Rs. 921.50 on the BSE.

Resilient India Fund exited its entire 6.8 per cent stake in Religare Enterprises through a block deal on the BSE at Rs. 66 per share. The fund sold its stake to Investment Opportunities V Pte through the block deal.

Shares of Religare Enterprises ended 2.3 per cent higher at Rs. 68.20 on the BSE.
