MUMBAI: Albula Investment Fund bought 22.5 million shares or 3.4 per cent stake in Vikas Multicorp at Rs 4.75 apiece through two separate bulk deals on the National Stock Exchange and the BSE.
Albula Investment bought 12.5 million shares of the company on the BSE at Rs 4.75 per share. It also bought 10 million shares on the NSE at Rs. 4.75 apiece.
In a separate bulk deal on the NSE, Aviator Global Investment Fund bought 12.3 million shares of Vikas Multicorp at Rs 5.18. Prior to the stake buy, Aviator Global held 1.33 per cent in the company.
Shares of Vikas Multicorp ended at the 5 per cent upper circuit limit of Rs. 5.25 on the NSE.
Both the NSE and BSE had not released the block deal data on their website at the time of publishing.
