NEW DELHI: Sun Tech Over (number of shares traded: 5.11 crore), Vodafone Idea (number of shares traded: 2.20 crore), MPS Infotecnics (number of shares traded: 1.48 crore), GTL Infra (number of shares traded: 1.40 crore), Vikas Multicorp (number of shares traded: 1.36 crore), Reliance Comm (number of shares traded: 0.87 crore), JCT Ltd (number of shares traded: 0.61 crore), Vikas Ecotech (number of shares traded: 0.48 crore), JP Power (number of shares traded: 0.32 crore) and PMC Fincorp (number of shares traded: 0.27 crore) were among the most traded securities on the National Stock Exchange at 10:04AM in Monday’s session.
The NSE Nifty index was trading 95.95 points down at 15827.45, while BSE Sensex was down 360.02 points at 52780.04 at the time of writing this report.
In the Nifty index, Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (up 1.32 per cent), Divi’s Laboratories Ltd. (up 1.06 per cent), JSW Steel Ltd. (up 1.04 per cent), Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. (up 0.75 per cent) and Titan Company Ltd. (up 0.72 per cent) were among the top gainers.
While HDFC Bank Ltd. (down 2.44 per cent), Housing Development Finance Corporation Ltd. (down 1.92 per cent), IndusInd Bank Ltd. (down 1.09 per cent), UltraTech Cement Ltd. (down 1.02 per cent) and Kotak Mahindra Bank Ltd. (down 0.97 per cent) were among the top losers in the index.
