NEW DELHI: Quite a few stocks rose in excess of 10% on BSE as domestic equity indices, BSE Sensex and NSE Nifty, traded in the red on Thursday amid selling in frontline bluechip counters.
Stocks that rallied over 10% included, FAZE THREE Autofab(12.59%), IOB(10.98%), Central Bank(10.38%) and Faze Three Ltd(10.0%).
The 30-share Sensex traded 7.21 points up at 59420.48, while the 50-share Nifty index rose 8.3 points to 17703.0.
In the Nifty 50 index, 23 stocks traded in the green, while 27 stocks were in the red.
Stocks such as Systematix Sec, Novateor Research, Aadi Industries Ltd., Athena Global Techn and Puravankara hit their fresh 52-week high, while Standard Shoe Sole, Superior Finlease, Purple Entertainment, Milgrey Finance and Naapbooks Ltd. touched their new 52-week low in trade.
