Many investors took to Twitter, complaining about the same. To this, HDFC Securities replied: “Dear Customer, Our mobile app is up and running. Request you to please DM us the screenshot or downloadable link of the above video to share it with the relevant team.”
Traders were not pleased. One of them said as the app is not working since Friday, how does the brokerage expect him to trade. Another user said his trading has gone for a toss.
ETMarkets.com has reached out to HDFC Securities’ corporate communications team for a comment. The response is awaited. A user told ETMarkets.com that since he could not see how his portfolio stocks were performing, he could neither add nor pare his holdings.
