Bohra Industries(down 4.12%), Fertilizers & Chemicals Tranvancore(down 2.60%), Southern Petrochemicals Industries(down 2.18%), Gujarat Narmada Valley Fertilizers (down 2.14%), KRISHANA(down 2.13%), ZUARIAGRO(down 1.96%), G S F C(down 1.71%), Deepak Fertilizers & Petrochemicals(down 1.46%), Madhya Bharat Agro Products(down 1.39%) and National Fertilizer(down 1.34%) were among the top losers.
The NSE Nifty50 index was trading 162.95 points down at 18048.0, while the 30-share BSE Sensex was down 490.94 points at 60652.39 at around 11:27AM.
IndusInd Bank(up 5.6%), Larsen & Toubro(up 2.32%), Maruti Suzuki(up 1.78%), UltraTech Cement(up 1.57%), Divis Laboratories(up 1.18%), Shree Cement(up 0.53%), Nestle India(up 0.41%), Tech Mahindra(up 0.37%), Asian Paints(up 0.28%) and Mahindra & Mahindra(up 0.14%) were among the top gainers in the Nifty pack.
On the other hand, Adani Ports & Special Economic Zone(down 5.95%), Oil & Natural Gas Corporation(down 4.5%), Hindalco Industries(down 2.86%), Coal India(down 2.85%), ITC(down 2.81%), State Bank of India(down 2.21%), Tata Steel(down 2.16%), ICICI Bank(down 1.98%), Axis Bank(down 1.94%) and Tata Motors(down 1.94%) were trading in the red.
